Team Lead Needed with Collection Experience

Responsibilities
This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in the local language and knowledge of the surroundings is essential for better communication and operations. You will work closely with field collectors, supporting them on assignments, and promptly responding to customer inquiries. Patience and resilience are key attributes, along with a solid understanding of state debt collection regulations. Regularly reviewing the corporate debtor list and monitoring accounts, tracking past debts, and reviewing billing information is crucial. You will also issue notice warnings to customers for overdue payments and monitor legal action when necessary. Familiarity with accounting procedures, payment arrangements, and collections software is important for managing and tracking collections efficiently.
