Talent Acquisition Specialist Build Strong Talent Pipelines
Responsibilities
Create and revise job descriptions;
find possible applicants through a variety of internet sources;
write recruitment letters to draw in passive prospects;
review incoming application materials and resumes;
Create and distribute assignments and assessments of language, maths and logical thinking;
post job opportunities on the company's employment page, social media, job boards and internally;
and give hiring managers shortlists of eligible applicants.
Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
