Take Your Career Further as an Experienced CNC Setter
CNC programming and setup for new goods and other tasks
Change the CNC machine's tooling. Use precision measuring tools like a dial caliper and micrometer to observe how the machine operates to ensure that the settings are correct and to identify any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Adjust machine control, including part process; confirm "first piece inspection" with suitable measuring tools; and generally keep an eye on the work being done and finished, testing and taking agreed-upon critical measurements to spot issues and the need for adjustments, etc., and to make any necessary changes right away.
