Service Engineers immediately needed in Chennai
Responsibilities
Responsible for addressing problems within the designated service area and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor reaction times, provide customer training to improve product uptime, and collaborate with the service sales team to execute service plans. Oversee service technicians, major accounts, and client satisfaction, while coordinating client presentations to extend product life cycles. Work with project teams to schedule installations, assess issues, and guide the team accordingly. Ensure on-site workshops meet safety, health, and environmental standards, and identify warning signs and root causes of failures for timely resolution.
Role: Service Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: Chennai
