Responsibilities
Managing the research and creation of enquiries, preparing and submitting proposals;
communicating with suppliers, contractors, and others;
comparing different products and competitors;
and interacting with clients to recommend the most feasible product line in order to win their repeat business.
Creating new and recurring sales by promptly delivering technical and product knowledge;
identifying client needs and expectations to make tailored product and solution recommendations.
Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
Salary: Based on company Norms
