Responsibilities
Using chat, email, or other digital channels, handle consumer enquiries and purchases.
In the systems of the business, maintain and update correct data.
Respond to clients' questions promptly and offer support when needed.
Recognise and address consumer grievances, raising concerns as needed.
Assist team members in order to guarantee efficient operation.
Watch out for compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and corporate policies.
Strive perpetually to increase productivity and client happiness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in digital correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and queries simultaneously through various platforms.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and complaints professionally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
