Responsibilities
Respond to consumer concerns about a technological product via phone.
Diagnose technical problems with items.
Give the client up-to-date information until the problem has been fixed.
Issues with triage and the Customer Care team situated in different parts of the world
Document cases accurately while according to procedural specifications.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: 10th, 12th or Any Basic DegreeĀ
Salary: From 35K to 50K per month (Negotiable)
