Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction:
- Process customer requests, inquiries, and transactions through email, chat, or other digital platforms.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
2. Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate customer information and transaction records within the company's systems.
- Ensure data integrity by following proper documentation and data entry processes.
3. Issue Resolution & Escalation:
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints, providing clear explanations and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as per escalation protocols.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent service delivery.
- Share insights and feedback for continuous improvement in team processes.
5. Adherence to Guidelines:
- Follow company guidelines, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in handling customer data and transactions.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Efficiency:
- Continuously aim to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and contribute to optimization efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in digital correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and queries simultaneously through various platforms.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and complaints professionally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
