Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming and outgoing calls to help clients with questions, grievances, and service requests.
• Assure a high degree of client satisfaction while giving accurate information about goods and services.
• Keep lines of communication open and efficient with clients to address problems in a timely and expert manner.
• Work together as a team to enhance service quality and streamline procedures.
• Help with any extra assignments or projects that the manager or team leader assigns.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Patience and empathy for customer concerns
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
