Responsibilities
Create engineering project timelines and technical milestones and make sure they are followed.
Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary groups throughout the whole toll-gate NPD process.
Encourage the creation and standardisation of technical assessments and engineering test plans that cover end-of-line, performance, reliability, and regulatory testing.
Why Maintain the integrity of product design by confirming that modifications to the design or process do not contravene Product Technical Specifications or lower product quality in accordance with the NPD tollgate procedure.
Collaborate with project management to guarantee that technical project delivery and execution adhere to the NPD tollgate procedure.
Skills:

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
