Seasoned HR Recruiter Lead Recruitment Efforts with Us
Responsibilities
Being aware of the job specifications that the clients have provided.
Assessing the various sourcing strategies for these kinds of needs.
Creating a pool of qualified, motivated applicants from multiple sources.
Shortlisting the profiles for screening.
Making cold calls to the applicants Arrange the interviews.
Interviewing prepares applicants for subsequent customer rounds.
Actively following up with candidates until they officially join.
Keeping up with different internal reports.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to source and attract top talent
Effective interviewing and assessment techniques
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: Chennai
