Searching for Candidates for Sales Executive Role
Responsibilities
- Generating and closing new acquisition leads in the territory: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads for signing new merchants within the assigned territory, ensuring consistent growth.
- Achieving coverage and quality signing objectives: Meet or exceed targets for the number of merchant sign-ups, while focusing on the quality of acquisitions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensuring merchant setup and activation: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new merchants, including setup, making welcome calls, and managing the first 100 days to ensure successful activation and engagement.
- Following up on customer and employee-generated leads: Actively follow up on leads generated through customers and internal employees to maximize sales opportunities and close deals.
- Building relationships for long-term success: Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants through consultative selling approaches, providing tailored solutions that foster long-term business partnerships.
- Owning end-to-end resolution of surcharge suppression cases: Take full ownership of resolving surcharge suppression cases, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Delivering campaigns effectively: Manage and execute campaigns with precision, ensuring they are delivered on time and achieve the desired outcomes in terms of merchant engagement and revenue generation.
- Identifying incremental opportunities for growth: Proactively identify and pursue additional opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to clients, leveraging all available touchpoints to maximize client value.
- Providing the first point of escalation: Serve as the initial point of contact for any escalations from other customer service channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Reinforcing the value story to retain merchants: Regularly communicate the benefits of card acceptance to merchants, reinforcing the value proposition to promote retention and ongoing engagement.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of customers and the marketplace: Continuously research and analyze the market and customer needs to remain competitive, stay informed of industry trends, and better serve the client base.
