Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and prepare documents, supplies, and information for data entry while conducting research to compile any missing information. Create digital documents from voice recordings or paper documents and ensure the accuracy of all records and data, reporting any errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor. Set up digital databases with regular backups to securely store data, and maintain filing systems, databases, and archives up-to-date. Monitor, review, and correct any errors or inconsistencies within databases, and produce and export documents, data reports, and spreadsheets as needed. Complete various administrative tasks such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing when required.
