Sales Executive Needed in Top MNCs
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and closing: Generate and close new acquisition leads within the assigned territory.
- Territory coverage goals: Achieve coverage objectives and maintain high-quality signings.
- Merchant activation: Oversee merchant setup, conduct welcome calls, and manage the first 100 days to ensure activation.
- Lead follow-up: Pursue customer and employee-generated leads to capitalize on opportunities.
- Consultative selling: Build long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.
- Issue resolution: Own the end-to-end resolution of reported surcharge suppression cases.
- Campaign execution: Ensure effective and efficient delivery of marketing campaigns in the territory.
- Opportunity identification: Proactively identify incremental sales opportunities and leverage client contacts for cross-selling.
- Escalation management: Act as the first point of escalation from other contact channels to resolve issues.
- Value reinforcement: Demonstrate and reinforce the value of services to retain merchants and promote card acceptance.
- Market insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the marketplace to support informed decision-making.
