Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations;
identify sales leads and proactively reach out to potential clients;
explain and demonstrate our HR services to potential clients;
comprehend client requirements and customize our solutions to meet their needs;
negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets;
work with the delivery team to ensure seamless service implementation;
stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings;
Create and submit sales projections and reports on a regular basis.
