Sales Coordinators needed in our Firm
Responsibilities
In this role, the individual will act as the primary contact for customers, managing various administrative tasks such as calendars, travel schedules, and calls.
They will address customer inquiries regarding accounts and products, serving as the main customer service representative.
Enhancing customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the role, achieved through prompt email responses and efficient handling of phone orders.
Collaboration with sales representatives will be essential to ensure timely order processing.
The role also involves developing and maintaining an organized filing system for all active sales files, both digitally and in hardcopy.
Leading the preparation of resources for high-quality sales presentations is another important responsibility, along with ensuring the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
The individual will be expected to prepare and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.
They will also provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Head, including the preparation and coordination of reports and agendas for meetings.
Monitoring payment collections, coordinating with the sales team, and reporting progress to the Sales Head on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis will be key duties in this role.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
