Recruitment Going On Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Plan and develop quality control systems: Design and implement effective quality control processes to ensure product standards and specifications are consistently met.
  
2. Coordinate and perform inspections of raw materials and finished products: Oversee inspections throughout the manufacturing process, including critical stages such as cutting, welding, bending, finishing, and assembly, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Ensure appropriate quality assurance models are applied throughout the product life cycle: Oversee the application of industry standards and testing models at every stage, from production to final delivery.
4. Identify root causes of quality problems: Analyze quality issues, determine their underlying causes, and coordinate necessary modifications or corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
5. Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams: Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure that quality control considerations are integrated into design, material procurement, and production processes.
6. Review design, manufacturing, and testing documentation: Ensure that all relevant documentation aligns with quality standards and requirements, facilitating contract compliance and process improvements.
7. Ensure contract compliance by reviewing quality requirements: Evaluate and approve quality-related requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing processes, and services to guarantee that contractual obligations are met.
8. Perform other duties as assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support quality control efforts and ensure smooth operations.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Salary: From 18K per month
