Responsibilities
• Manage the hiring procedure, which includes publishing job postings, reviewing applications, and holding interviews.
• Foster and preserve good working relationships with your staff by promptly resolving any problems or issues.
• Put into practice performance management procedures, such as establishing performance targets and carrying out frequent assessments.
• Verify that HR rules are followed and that employment laws and regulations are followed.
• To ensure a seamless transition, hold orientation and onboarding meetings for new hires.
• Oversee training and development programs that improve staff members' competencies.
• Use HRIS to keep correct HR records and produce reports as required.
• Work together with different departments to promote a collaborative work environment and support overarching corporate objectives.
