Responsibilities
- Filling positions within the organization: Identify hiring needs, source, and screen candidates to ensure positions are filled with qualified individuals in a timely manner.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems: Create structured processes and tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations, ensuring smooth workflows and consistency.
- Developing a network of suitable candidates: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Handling administration and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interview notes, and recruitment-related documentation to ensure compliance and efficient tracking.
- Collaborating on recruitment plans: Work with various departments to develop tailored recruitment strategies, aligning with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from planning to onboarding, ensuring each step is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions: Write clear and compelling job descriptions that attract the right talent and ensure these are distributed effectively through job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Interviewing candidates: Conduct thorough interviews, both technical and behavioral, to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Preparing job offers: Coordinate with management to draft competitive job offers, ensuring all compensation, benefits, and role expectations are communicated clearly.
- Networking with institutions and on social media: Engage with universities, professional networks, and social platforms to expand the organization’s visibility and attract top talent.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
