Responsibilities
- Point of contact: Serve as the liaison between executives and clients (internal/external).
- Communication management: Receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence efficiently.
- Request handling: Address and manage requests and queries.
- Calendar management: Maintain the diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and send reminders.
- Travel coordination: Organize travel arrangements.
- Data entry: Take dictation, minutes, and accurately record data.
- Office supplies: Monitor inventory and research suppliers for cost-effective deals.
- Report creation: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Filing system: Establish and maintain a well-organized documentation and filing system.
Role: Admin Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
