Responsibilities:
Applying a range of techniques and resources to offer clients practical answers to their problems.
Keeping in touch with customers, engineers, and other technicians to guarantee efficient service delivery.
Quickly responding to consumer comments and service requests.
Tracking machinery and equipment performance and creating preventative maintenance plans.
Verifying the equipment's safety and quality assurance.
Giving demos to make sure clients understand how to use equipment safely and effectively.
Role: Service Engineer
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in E&I
Salary: From 15K per month
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
