Responsibilities
Handle consumer inquiries and complaints efficiently in the first instance to guarantee high customer satisfaction ratings and quick handling times. Provide accurate, courteous service while accepting full accountability for any issues or questions raised by clients. Follow procedure and product specifications without making any mistakes. Forward client concerns to the relevant internal parties for further action. Assure efficacy and efficiency of processes while adhering to service and sales policies.
Reach quality goals and other important performance metrics. Upsell and cross-sell services related to loans, mortgages, priority/elite accounts, etc.
Role: Non voice Process Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per month
