Designation: QC Engineer
Shift Time: General Shift
Salary: as per Company Norms
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and maintain quality plans, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
Analytical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to operations as needed.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of analytical instruments and maintain data sheets.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels of laboratory chemicals, consumables, and other materials.
Deviation Management: Take timely decisions to address quality deviations and prevent off-spec generation.
Internal Audits: Prepare and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Third-Party Inspections: Arrange for third-party inspections as needed.
Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Dealer Coordination: Coordinate with dealers to understand their requirements, quality standards, and communicate with manufacturing and marketing sections.
Education: Diploma / BE in E&I
Location: Chennai
