Responsibilities
• Promote Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen efforts for continuous improvement to raise factory efficiency and product quality.
• Work together to address quality-related problems and enhance procedures with the manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams.
Assess the quality of suppliers and oversee the examination of incoming materials.
• Track and document quality performance indicators and patterns.
• Preserve documents for compliance, inspections, and quality audits.
• Train and advise manufacturing workers on quality standards, measuring methods, and best practices.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
