Quality Assurance Manager Drive Product Excellence
Responsibilities
Working with CMRL and consultants about quality elements;
Possessing knowledge of auxiliary substation operations
Excellent customer focus and a track record of working cooperatively in teams, sharing and transferring knowledge within teams;
daily coordination and interaction with other functions, particularly the engineering and project teams;
the ability to develop comprehensive plans and strategies to evaluate and enhance the efficacy and quality of assurance and project delivery processes;
and the ability to conduct internal audits as an ISO 9001:2015 certified internal auditor and lead auditor.
Excellent persuading and stakeholder management abilities
Skills
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of metro rail systems and auxiliary substation operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Experience: 6+ yrs
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
Salary: From 60K per month (Negotiable)
