QA Incharge Role Shaping the Future of Quality
Responsibilities
1. In charge of upholding the standard of the corresponding shift.
2. Keep the complete document in accordance with ISO 9001-2015.
3. Keeping all required records and paperwork up to date for each shift.
4. Notifying the QA-Head of any production inconsistencies.
5. Working together with the production shift supervisor to resolve production quality concerns.
6. Quality-based manufacturing accountability.
7. Keeping the discipline throughout the shift.
Skills:
Quality oversight: Responsible for maintaining quality standards during respective shifts.
ISO 9001-2015 compliance: Ensuring all documentation adheres to ISO 9001-2015 standards.
Document management: Maintaining and updating necessary documents and records.
Issue reporting: Reporting discrepancies in production to the QA head.
Interdepartmental collaboration: Coordinating with production shift supervisors to resolve quality issues.
Accountability: Taking accountability for production quality.
Discipline maintenance: Upholding discipline within the shift.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Diploma or BE in EEE
