Production Engineer Raise the Bar for Your Career

Responsibilities
Help plan and carry out the manufacturing process for AMRs, AGVs, and humanoid robots.
By working with several teams, make sure that production timelines and schedules are followed.
Keep an eye on and manage production machinery to make sure it's operating well.
Verify that materials, parts, and completed goods meet specifications by performing quality inspections.
Help create the bill of materials (BOM) for new projects, making sure that all parts and components are accurate.
To make sure that the manufacturing process complies with product specifications, work closely with the design and R&D teams.
Track and report production progress, detecting potential problems and collaborating with senior engineers to troubleshoot and fix them.
Optimise production procedures to boost productivity and decrease downtime.
Skills:
Schedule coordination: Ensuring adherence to production schedules and timelines by coordinating with various teams.
Equipment monitoring and control: Monitoring and controlling production equipment to ensure efficient functioning.
Quality assurance: Performing quality checks on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Bill of materials preparation: Assisting in the preparation of BOM for new projects, ensuring accuracy of parts and components.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with design and R&D teams to align manufacturing with product specifications.
Progress documentation and reporting: Documenting and reporting on production progress, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile
