Responsibilities
Uphold proper housekeeping and apply 5S methodology in the production area.
Proficiency in working in shifts accountable for following the organization's policies and procedures to ensure the safe running of the facility without any mishaps or accidents.
To recognize/notify the line management of any unsafe behaviours or conditions and to work towards their closure.
Adhere to the manufacturing targets exactly, both in terms of quantity and quality. To produce the goods in accordance with SOPs, and to notify the manager right away if any deviations are discovered.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices in industrial settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with management.
- Familiarity with 5S practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
