PPC Executive Needed in Manufacturing Sector
Responsibilities
To guarantee that production scheduling and delivery follow the approved central planning plan.
To guarantee optimal WIP inventory levels and machine capacity utilization
Verify that materials are received and issued in accordance with the procedure and requirements.
In charge of setting up the appropriate area and placement for each item needed in accordance with the station-by-station assembly procedure with Proper designation.
Completing and coordinating logistics with the buyer and supplier.
Maintain material storage in accordance with stocking standards.
Ensure that stock rotation, FIFO, non-conforming, shelf life over material, and non-moving parts are identified and disposed of properly.
Maintaining daily inventory, providing purchasers with a list of shortages, and managing excess inventory.
Ensuring material availability for production in accordance with BOM/BIN cards, appropriate inventory standards, etc.; - Preventing downtime through effective logistics process control.
Role: PPC Executive
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE or Related
Salary: From 15K per month
