Potential opportunities for Admin Executive

Responsibilities
1. Routine Administrative Tasks: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Package Management: Sign for incoming deliveries and ensure packages are distributed to the correct recipients promptly.
3. Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, including room reservations and coordination of refreshments, to ensure efficient planning.
4. Mail and Courier Management: Handle all inbound and outbound mail or courier services, maintaining accurate manual and digital records.
5. Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and adherence to administration policies within the organization.
6. Clerical Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide general clerical support as needed.
7. Register Management: Oversee the management of registers, ensuring records are maintained accurately.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
