Taking emergency action.

testing and fixing equipment repairs.
overseeing technical and engineering personnel as well as contractors.
placing an order for speciality parts, fixtures, or fittings.
establishing upkeep protocols.
Keeping track of equipment and supply inventories.
Maintaining documentation of errors and fixes.
