Positions Open for Production Engineers

Responsibilities
1. Evaluate Manufacturing Processes: Assess production methods against quality criteria such as efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Study Production and Machine Requirements: Analyze the operational needs of machines and production systems to determine optimal processes for manufacturing efficiency.
3. Develop Automated and Manual Systems: Design, test, and implement both automated and manual systems to improve production performance and reduce downtime.
4. Equipment Design and Installation: Design and install manufacturing equipment, ensuring it meets production requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
5. Workflow and Resource Management: Organize and manage manufacturing workflows, including human resources, machinery, and material flow, to optimize production output.
6. System Integration: Integrate diverse systems such as equipment handling, material transport, and software, ensuring smooth operation across production stages.
7. Optimize Production Layouts: Improve facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations to boost efficiency and performance while minimizing waste.
8. Resolve Production Issues: Address and resolve production issues and delays to maintain optimal production timelines and reduce bottlenecks.
9. Cost Reduction and Quality Maximization: Implement strategies to reduce production costs while ensuring that product quality remains high.
10. Staff Training: Train and mentor staff in both new and existing manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent operational standards.
11. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to enhance production systems and integrate innovative solutions.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
Salary: From 18K per month
