Designation: Payroll Executive
Shift Time: General Shift
Role: Permanent Full Time Role
Salary: From 25K per month
Responsibilities:
Data Collection: Gather information needed for payroll calculations.
Communication: Work with branches and units to address payroll issues.
Data Entry: Enter payroll data into SAP.
Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll.
Posting: Post payroll results to the SAP-FI module.
Payment Clearing: Pay off payroll-related liabilities and vendor accounts.
Reporting: Prepare statutory reports like PF, ESI, PT, and income tax.
Payment Advice: Advise branches on payment methods.
Branch Reports: Send monthly branch reports for statutory and other payments.
Off-Cycle Payments: Process payments for reimbursements like LTA and marketing incentives.
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
