Responsibilities
Manufacturing Expertise: Possess expertise in manufacturing processes like welding, folding, plasma cutting, and laser cutting.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, systems, and a quality mindset.
Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement a maintenance schedule, coordinating with relevant teams.
Production Planning: Align actual production with planned production based on client demand.
Resource Planning: Plan for raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other resources in advance.
Work Order Planning: Plan work orders and forecast activities.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to QMS, safety, and environmental standards.
Lean and Process Improvement: Understand and apply lean principles and process mapping (VSM) to optimize processes.
Education: Diploma / BE in ECE
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
