Opportunities for Employment for Electrical Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure used in port operations to ensure their optimal functioning and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults: Diagnose and repair electrical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations in the port environment.
- Installation and commissioning: Install, test, and commission electrical systems such as wiring, lighting, and power distribution networks, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and departments to ensure that electrical systems function seamlessly alongside mechanical and other operational systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Follow strict safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track system performance and support long-term planning.
- Assist in project planning: Support the planning and execution of electrical projects, upgrades, and system improvements to meet the evolving needs of the port.
- Propose energy efficiency solutions: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and propose innovative solutions to optimize electrical systems and reduce operational costs.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
Salary: From 18K per month
