Opportunities Available for AR Callers
Responsibilities
• create sufficient documentation on the client software to transmit required documentation to insurance companies and create a clear audit trail for future reference.
• Conduct pre-call analysis and check status by calling
• Take notes during the conversation and conduct post-call analysis for the purpose of following up on claims.
• Evaluate and handle complaints, requests, and inquiries over the phone to make sure that consumer inquiries are addressed at the initial point of contact

Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: from 15K per month
