Responsibilities
In this role, you'll conduct thorough diagnostic assessments on forklifts to identify mechanical and technical issues, perform effective repairs, and restore forklifts to optimal working condition. Collaborating with the technical support team to address complex issues, you'll execute routine maintenance tasks as per manufacturer specifications and perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns. You'll maintain detailed records of all activities and communicate with customers to understand their service needs, providing clear explanations of procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Role: Forklift Operator
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Any ITI Graduation
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: Chennai
