Openings Going on for Back Office Executive
Responsibilities
Will be involved in the email operations and consumer dispute processes.
Respond to and settle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries about credit reports, scores, and personal disputes.
Make sure that every email is answered accurately and fully within the specified SLA.
Since template responses are only to be used sometimes, one must be able to write responses on their own.
Determine and report potential concerns or escalations for a quicker resolution.
completing several forms and preparing credit report after reviewing grievances
corresponding with Member bank representatives on a regular basis, guiding customers and entities via phone and email, and expediting the resolution of complaints and disputes
Ready to work on the weekends, on holidays, and to extend shifts in accordance with business needs
