Responsibilities
Help clients with both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and meet call quality requirements.
Make use of your strong problem-solving abilities to get problems resolved quickly.
Respect the company's policies and the needs of legal compliance.
Enter and maintain client data in internal systems.
Answer questions from clients as soon as you come into contact.
Make sure that call handling and service quality are consistent.
