NPD Engineer Career Opportunities in Chennai
Responsibilities
· Consistently plan and organise production engineering procedures to generate high-quality goods.
· Create process enhancements to make the most use of resources and equipment to increase output.
· Keep track of and update performance records for quality control and daily productions.
Assigning tasks to operators based on their shifts or days.
· Recognise hazardous procedures and activities and promptly notify the manager of them.
· Provide workers with environmental guidelines and safety protocols.
· Offer engineering assistance for maintenance and production tasks to guarantee optimal output.
· Make sure to work with the designated minimum WIP stock.
Make sure that the requirements on the shop floor adhere to the IMS and 5S guidelines.
· Conduct engineering analysis to minimize disruptions and downtime.
· Assess the actions involved in production now and offer suggestions for enhancements.
Role: NPD Engineer
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Salary: From 15K per Month to Previous Work experience
