Responsibilities

This role involves providing courteous and accurate service while taking full responsibility for addressing client questions and issues. It requires strict compliance with process and product requirements and reporting client concerns to relevant internal stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves maintaining process efficiency and effectiveness while adhering to service and sales directives, meeting quality goals and other performance benchmarks, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling of loans, mortgages, priority/elite accounts, and other products.
