Responsibilities
Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to align dispatch plans with customer requirements.
Logistics Planning: Plan and execute the shipping of alloy steel long goods using rail, road, and marine logistics.
Cost Optimization: Monitor cost-per-ton and cost-per-kilometer metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the Production Planning & Dispatch Team to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate the dispatch process and implement improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and environmental regulations in all dispatch and logistics activities.
Education: Any Engineering Degree
Location: Sriperumbudur
Experience: 1 to 2 yrs
