Multiple Potentials available for Admin Executive

Responsibilities
1. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
2. Communication: Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors.
3. Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
4. Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks such as copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
5. Maintenance Support: Assist the Maintenance team with raising and closing reactive requests.
6. Purchase Orders & Invoices: Use the system to raise purchase orders and process invoices weekly.
7. Facility Management: Provide end-to-end support for facility management, including maintaining supplier matrices and documentation.
8. Stock Management: Order and maintain stock for facilities management services.
9. Meeting Support: Attend team meetings and record minutes and actions.
10. Pass Issuance: Produce hotel, car park, and tenant passes as required.
Role: Admin Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
