Responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls: Provide prompt and efficient support to customers by addressing their queries and concerns over phone calls.
- Meet call quality standards and maintain high levels of customer service: Ensure that every customer interaction aligns with the company’s quality benchmarks while delivering exceptional service.
- Utilize effective problem-solving skills for timely resolution of issues: Quickly assess customer problems and apply problem-solving techniques to offer fast and effective solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and legal compliance requirements: Ensure all customer interactions follow company guidelines, legal regulations, and compliance standards.
- Record and update customer information in internal systems: Accurately log customer details and interaction notes in the company’s CRM or internal database for future reference.
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact: Strive to solve customer issues during the initial call to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent call handling and service quality: Maintain a uniform approach to call handling, ensuring consistency in service delivery across all customer interactions.
