Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to customers, making sure all questions are answered effectively.
Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting of power backup and solar energy systems.
Ensure timely completion of service calls and proper documentation of service reports.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and attending to their needs promptly.
Keep up with the latest technological advancements in the power backup and solar energy sectors.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers. Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, UPS systems, and solar energy systems for clients.
