Responsibilities
To accomplish production deadlines and targets, oversee and coordinate production activities. To guarantee consistency and quality in manufacturing operations, implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work together with cross-functional teams from R&D, QA, and supply chain to improve manufacturing processes and fix technical problems. Conduct a study of the underlying causes of production problems and put corrective measures in place to raise overall process efficiency. Create and update work instructions, process flowcharts, and production reports, among other paperwork. To guarantee correct operation and adherence to safety requirements, inspect machinery and equipment on a regular basis. Educate production workers on safety protocols, new processes, and how to operate equipment. Motivate efforts for continual improvement to maximize resource use, cut waste, and boost production.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E in ECE
Salary: From 18K per month
