MBA Graduates needed for HR Recruiter Position
Responsibilities
Control every step of the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Use a variety of avenues to find prospects, including as networking, social media, and employment portals.
Based on the job requirements, screen and shortlist candidates.
Organize and carry out interviews, giving candidates feedback.
Create and manage a database including possible applicants.
Establish and preserve a relationship with clients in order to comprehend their hiring requirements.
To increase the number of clients, find new ones and produce leads.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
