MBA Graduates Female needed for Hr Recruiter
Responsibilities
Find possible applicants through a variety of internet resources (such as social media and business portals like Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Be hance).
Create engaging emails to draw in lapsed candidates.
Examine incoming application forms and resumes.
Interview candidates in-person, over the phone, and through video
Create and disseminate homework assignments and assessments in arithmetic, language, and logical thinking.
Post job vacancies internally, on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page.
Provide recruiting managers a shortlist of qualified applicants.
Send emails containing employment offers and respond to inquiries on pay and benefits.
Keep an eye on important HR indicators including source of hiring, time to hire, and time to fill.
Take part in career fairs and organize internal hiring activities.
Work together with managers to determine the need for future hiring
assist in onboarding new hires by serving as a consultant to them
