MasterCam CNC Programmer Immediate Need

Responsibilities
- Create Detailed Working Diagrams: Prepare detailed diagrams of tools, dies, machinery, and equipment, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other essential engineering information using 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks) and 2D drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Generate CAM Programs: Utilize MASTERCAM software to create accurate cutting paths, generate CAM programs, and ensure proper machine programming for production.
- Quality Assurance Testing: Perform thorough quality assurance tests to ensure that the product meets all design and specification requirements.
- Optimize Production Settings: Adjust machine settings and cutting paths to optimize production efficiency while maintaining high product quality and minimizing waste.
- Material-Specific Tool Programming: Consider the required tools and their compatibility with specific materials when programming machines to ensure precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Machine Issues: Quickly troubleshoot any problems that arise with machines during production and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on machinery, adhering to scheduled preventive maintenance logs and ensuring machine health and longevity.
Role: CNC or VMC Programmer
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 35K per Month
