Responsibilities
• Arranges, carries out, and evaluates conversion tests and experiments.
• Works together with internal teams to improve user experience and develop landing pages.
• Makes use of excellent analytical skills to assess the entire customer experience across all channels and points of contact.
• Optimises user funnels by identifying crucial drop-off and conversion points.
• Works along with other vendor partners and agencies.
• Assesses new technology.
• Offers viewpoints and thought leadership for adoption when suitable.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
Proficiency in web analytics tools and A/B testing software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
Location: Chennai
